RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TennisGlow, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, with all included accessories and packaging. Reasonable inspection is permitted; damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications is not covered by our voluntary return policy.

To start a return, email tennisglowsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please contact us before sending anything back. The shipping address printed on your parcel may not be our return address.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue. We will arrange an appropriate solution and cover any necessary return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or color, contact us so we can explain the available options.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and our return process will apply.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights concerning defective goods or statutory cancellation periods.
